My first box was very similar. Worked well for about 5 years and then the moisture crept in through the holes I drilled for the clamps. It rotted out very quickly once that happened.

And mine was rhino-lined on the exterior and I silicone caulked around all of the clamp holes. Not exactly sure how the water started coming in but the clamp mounts and speaker mounts turned to dust.

Mine was the same as yours. MDF front face and ribs. Covered with fleece and then fiberglassed. Bondo'd the bad areas and then rhino-lined. Mine was also stored outside. I'm sure it would have last far longer if I had stored it inside.

Is that an oven in your garage? That's gotta be pretty handy!

yea its our old oven. electricity is included in my rent, so i use it as a heater. keeps my 30x30 shop pretty toasty.

Great finished product. Is that one of those dip wraps? Not sure if that's the right term but however they do when they dip camouflage prints on to atv's and such...

Turned out great! Since I'm not familiar with digital designs -- are those HLCDs?

Also -- we need more photos of this boat! Why haven't we seen the wrap before??

They are not HLCDs per say but more of pa stye mids and super tweeters/ horns. Its a great combination and super freakin loud. There was a 2012 malibu in the bay next to me today with 4 bullet hlcds and mine was way louder. And had a thread on the wrap but ppl ribbed me so much I took it down. I like it and that is all that matters
