Ballast not filling

Ok. I'll try to be specific here. I have a 2007 launch 20ssv. The left rear bag stopped working all together. I hear the pump kicking on when I turn the center and right bags on. I have power to the switch (red light comes on at panel). I also checked fuses and breakers and all is good there. Any suggestions what to try next?

Have you taken the impeller out and see if it's broken? If the pump is getting power, then either it's a clog or the impeller is bad or the pump itself is burnt out. Have the impellers ever been changed?

I'm not getting power to either the fill or empty pumps. I replaced both the 3amp and 5amp fuses (even though they were good) and checked the connections around the fuse panel. I also took the switch panel off and made sure all connections were tight. Everything looks fine. Two questions. 1. Has anyone ever seen a switch go bad? 2. There is a big black connector behind the switches. Does anyone know what this is? it also has a large plug-in black cube.
