Has anybody mounted two sets of Wetsound's REV10's on the new Supra progressive tower (2012 242)? The stock Roswell's are mounted to the tower bar toward the front of the boat. Because of their diameter I think they will need to be mounted on the back one. Is it possible to run the wires inside of the back bar? The REV10's run the wires through the mounting clamp so it's important to have the wires inside of the tower.

Also...Has anybody mounted Wetsounds XS-650's inside of a 2012 (or 2011) Supra 242? They are about 1/2" deeper than the stock Polk Audio's and I want to make sure they'll fit prior to buying.

Thanks

I don't have the progressive tower but i bet they are similar. I haven't wired mine but have hung them in several locations to see what I like.

All 4 is not ideal on the front bar where the Roswell is. All 4 work on the back but i'm thinking I might put 2 on the front and 2 on the back. It is not ideal musically but worked best for my interior.

Yes the back bar is hollow. You can find several good post either here or on moomba about the best way to fish wiring and drill holes.

Should be okay to mount them on the rear. I don't have that tower, but on my tower I've had speakers on both bars at different times.

Forgot to mention that I also have a Z5 top and I want to ensure that it can still be accessed and lowered as I will be using it for wake surf board storage.

I have a z5 and that is three main reason i'm going the route I am. You could do all 4 on the rear bar also. I don't think you will be able to hang all 4 on the front bar with the z5.

You can, but there won't be any headroom.

My Z5 is at the perfect height with the 6 Rev8's. Still folds down, and is mounted high enough to stand under.

Thanks KG! The pic's help a lot. The progressive tower is even higher than the standard tower (at least it's higher than my 2010 Supra Launch tower) so I think I will be in great shape. Thanks Again!:)
