looking at a santera. any known problems? how is the ride? i boat on a rough lake in missouri. is it a good, or decent ride in rough water? looking to upgrade from my 87 sunsport. thanks

The Santera is a sister boat to the SSV. Same Hull - after that its different. The walk thru and seats in the back are all different. I own a SSV and can tell you it doesn't ride any better or worse than any other ski boat in rough water. 1 Trick I do use in rough water is to keep the front ballast full. Seems to cut down the bow slapping the water.
This model was discontinued 2005 - be watching for many new models in the supra - moomba line in 2006
