1986 limited edition, had since birth perfect other than above mentioned items

I tried ordering trailer guide covers from him and supra decals for my truck. Waited a couple of weeks nothing showed up so I called back he said they were damaged but because of them being damaged and didn't send them out he will mail me my supra decals for free... What a deal! So I was planning on calling him back to order the guide covers later... Well my decals never came! Even after calling and leaving msgs and emailing I still havn't heard anything back.. Very disappointed...
