Instrument Gauge Mount

Looking to replace the instrument gauge and breaker/light metal backings with the white lettering on an 88 Comp. Anybody have any ideas where I could buy these two plates or an idea where I could get the lettering done on some pieces that I make?

Not exactly sure if I am understanding your correctly but, the metal templates that hold the guages and the switches can be made. I went to a local machine shop and had two new ones made for my comp for like $20...
