Rear trunk on 1988 comp

I have a 1988 comp and was working on the interior. Whom ever had the boat before me framed in the rear hatch on the boat with plywood and it works fine but limited the space in the trunk. does anyone have any pictures or discription what the rear trunk is supposed to look like....plastic tray? or wood tray?

I don't have the pic to help you but some are plastic and some are wood. I think most comps were carpeted wood, and didn't have much room to begin with.

Mine is wood, and it was very rotten on my '86 comp before I had the upholstery shop redo mine as they found it beyond repair when they tore it apart.
