04 SSV Center Gravity bag won't stay full

The center 1200 lb bag drains continuously through the overflow / empty port when underway. When boat is level bag stays full. Don't have this problem with rear 600 lb bags. Dealer said they replaced a valve but still have the same problem. Trying to avoid taking it back. Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem with mine. My solution may not be the best, but it works....

I added a valve to the drain line just before the through-hull fittiting on the side of the boat. I fill the sac up until water starts spitting out the side, I turn the fill switch to the off position, and then I close the valave on the drain line.

This keeps the sac nice and full. The only downside is that you MUST remember to open the valve before draing the sacs or very bad things may happen. So far I haven't had a problem remembering. However, I am afraid that someday I'll accidentally bump the drain swith with my knee while I'm driving. So far, so good.
