Need to straighten up my steering wheel on Supra Launch 2001.

Would think that you loosen the rudder then align the wheel then tighten the rudder back?

Can someone walk me through this?

how is the cable fastened to the rudder .. (with a tilt tube on a flange ) ???

To find the centered position, drive the boat at cruising speed then place a piece of tape at the 12:00 position. When you are ready to adjust the wheel, turn it back to where the tape is at 12:00, remove the 4 bolts holding the rack to the helm (with a 7/16 socket) then turn the wheel to the correct straight up position then bolt the rack back onto the helm.
