Hull warranty

I have a 2008 22SSV and need help with information on what my warranty is on my hull with regards to stress cracks. I purchased my boat from a dealer in Calgary and after 10 months i developed a couple cracks that came out from around the water intake on the bottom of my boat. I reported it to my dealer and they said it was covered. 1 month later the dealer declared bankruptsy and left me high and dry. I am trying to get these fixed but i am unclear on what my coverage is. The new dealer for Supra in Calgary told me the warranty was only for one year is this true? And if so should my dealer not hvae notified Skiers Choice when i reported it to them?

Seems to be longer than 1 yr if it is structural and not cosmetic...

I am not sure what the difference between the 2 actually is. In my opinion arent all gell coat cracks ultimately a structural issue? Or at least if they are not repaired will they not end up becomming a structural problem? This is where i am in a grey area.
