I have a 1990 TS6M. As you can see from the pictures it is a great looking boat. It has 250 hours on the original motor and after a small problem with water in the fuel tank it is running perfect. There are two very small holes in the upholstery and a small chip in the gel coat on the bow. I've been thinking about selling it and curious as to what you all think it is worth. Thanks for looking.100901009110092

Assuming stringers are solid, I'd offer $2500 if I had to make an offer. To a guy into slalom or barefoot? Maybe $5k-$6k if stringers and interior are great. Wake is in, slalom boats are not in as high of demand so price will be lower unless you happen across a slalom guy who wants a budget boat. Same condition but a SunSport or Saltare, probably twice that for good condition maybe more for great condition with tower and/or ballast.

If I were you I would want about 7k for it. I think you'll get more like 6k. That trailer is worth a lot on its own.

Also, 250 hours on a 32 year old boat motor isn't necessarily a good thing. Things break just sitting there.

Stringers are just fine. I just checked them last week and besides those two small abrasions on the upholstery the interior is in great shape.

There are many ski clubs on the local and collegiate level that would love that boat. Unfortunately, it will never be in the same condition afterwords. You have a beautiful boat.

That's not entirely true. The older engines are not as susceptible to that kind of deterioration like the newer engines are. I know engines that were over 40-50 years old, that were barely run. Changed out the fluids, plugs, and any rubber hoses or parts and the engines fired up and ran perfectly.

I'm running a 22yr old boat with only 280 hours and all it needed was the standard tune up items.

To the OP:

That's a good looking boat. I'd say in good condition that boat would fetch around $6,000. If that boat is immaculate it could fetch almost $8,000.

The boat is 22 years old... It is beautiful! I would say at least $7k around this area... That motor is just fine... 351 is a crazy tough motor!

It looks good for sure. But to be priced above $8,000 it needs to be blemish free, no tears in the vinyl, solid floors, and everything mechanical running strong. If you've got that, I wouldn't hesitate to start above $8,500.

And for the record, when I mention my old Comp, this is exactly what it was. I grew up on a twin to this exact boat (minus tint). Same color as M. Hunter's. I loved that damn boat, and the motor still runs strong as an OX in my rock-crawler.

I completely love the boat still and love to slalom, the wife likes to wake and be able to carry more people with an open bow, so i was just curious to what it would be worth to others. It's my first boat and got it from a family friend and wouldnt be able to let it go for anything less than 9k so looks like ill be able to keep my boat and she'll just have to tough it out. :D
