Ignition problems

I have a 1989 supra tsm6, I had a bad starter and solenoid and have replaced them both with new ones. When I place the main positive lead on the battery the engine tries to start without even turning the key. I then removed all the wires from the key switch eliminating it and it still does the same thing. Any ideas?

Mine has done that when the battery was weak or a bad ground from the starter body to the block due to paint. Don't know why it does it but it does. I've seen others post the same thing.
