Switches won't stay engages (blower ect...)

87 Sunsport, 351 Ford PCM. Need some guidance. My electrical swithces, i.e. blower, accessories, nav swithces won't stay engaged. Actually, the blower and accessories are the two worst. Bilge will work and never have a problem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction electrically to start looking for the problem?

sounds like the mechanical part of the switch is toast. i'd start with skidim, if they don't carry replacements they will probably know who does.
