I think I know where my thermostat sender is on my motor. I have an 86 (351)PCM, I was looking at what I thought was my sender below or close to my coil. Is there only one wire on it(tan)? I ask because I want to make sure I have the wireing set up to the gauge. Right now on my gauge, there is a purple, blk, and tan. Black is ground, purple I believe is the light, and the tan should go to "S". When I turn the ignition to accesories, the needle stays grounded to the left. It should move some right even though the motor isn't on right?
