Rear bilge pump blowing circuit breaker

I noticed this weekend some water in the rear after a day of use as we go in i always manually run both bilge pumps, well number 1(rear) did not come on the breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker when i got home and still nothing, can't hear it come on light flashes then trips breaker again. I assumed it would be easy to find in the engine compartment which i havent found yet. Can anyone direct me in the exact position of the rear bilge pump on an 08 22SSV?

I got it, after about an hour i got smart and followed the drain tube. But still pretty tough to get to, had a plastic piece blocking the impeller.
