The adjustable trim plate on my 89 Conbrio was damaged when I puchased boat. I bent it back into place best Icould, but I think it maybe effecting boat. Turns harder to the right, and not sure angle it should be set at. Where can I find a new plate, or upgrade to a elec or hydralic adjustable plate? Thanks

The plate more less adjusts the bow of the boat up or down and allows the stern to ride deper in the water. By your eye the plate should be almost parallel to the hull perhaps a few degrees to the positive, allowing for some upwards bow motion getting on the plane. As for the turning hard to the right the rudder might have a slight tweek to its straightness in the shaft.

My 90 Conbrio does the same exact thing. We had it out for the second time today and noticed that when the weight was distributed evenly in the boat that the steering was a whole lot easier to the right. Almost effortless. I am not sure why this is but I would be willing to bet someone on here does.
