Pulled into the lake this morning and noticed I am missing one of the black screw knobs that tighten the tower on my rad-a-cage tower. It's the one on the top. Going to call my dealer Monday but just wondering if this is a fairly easy replacement part?

Cigars -- not sure about whether or not this will be easy, and thanks for the reminder to keep
checking mine each time out!

I don't know if the dealer will help, but these guys made your tower:

Same thing happened with mine. Just replaced it with a bolt I had laying around

Dealer can get these pretty easy. I get mine from Cyndi at Atlanta Marine. Not too expensive either as I recall. I have lost two from long road trips and mis-placed the ones for converting the rear bench to backward facing seating so I got replacements from those as well. They look just the same but with longer threads.

Cool thanks for replies. I will check my dealer first and then try new dimensions or Atlanta marine.

Please make sure you check these each time out, I usually do and then this happened. I always find them loose and have to tighten.

Ouch. Just called dealer and they were $15.99 a piece. Highway robbery.

Ordered a backup.

I had the same issue, my dealer installed a new one for free. Just happened to be taking it in for service the next day. It happened again and looking closer at the situation, I found that the plastic/rubber knobs have a steel bolt that screws into the aluminum tower. Not a good combination, the steel just eats away the aluminum. I took it to a local machine shop and had them install a healy coil in each hole. Have not had one fall out since.
