Changing Ancillery NAV light on 2009 22SSV Tower.

Ok, is there a trick to this? I how do I open up the cover to get at the tower ancillery NAV lightbulb? I am afraid I am gonna break the assembly....does it screw off or does the little black cap on top pop off?

If it is similar to the 2011 then all you have to do is push down and turn. Hope this helps
