Sorry for the noobie question here...i looked around and couldn't find much.

can somebody please help decipher my serial number? I read the manual a little bit but I still am having some issues lol:

PLK-WR-U10

This is a chevy 454 "model k"...right? or is a "model u" 350?

That's your model number...and I'm pretty sure that's a 454.

The motor in the picture is a 454.

P = Pleasurecraft Marine
L = left hand rotation
K = 454cid, 350hp
W= Warner Drive
R = reverse or reduction gear
U = I think this is actually an L and it denotes a left-hand prop
10 = Direct Drive 1:1
