Shower pump on my impulse

Hello.. I'm new to the forum and I have a question? On my 91 impulse under the back seat I have a pump for the shower the pump is frozen and is there a switch for the pump? It still works but doesn't have the pressure would be nice to squirt the kids with hot water when there having fun..

the pump is probably just rusted in place. you can pick up 12 volt pumps pretty cheap these days.
