Sport Package

Happy Holidays to ya all. Santa came early and an 05\' Launch 24 SSV was under the tree!!!! Just a quick question...It says it has the \"Sport Package item# 700047 on the invoice. What does that contain? Thanks and Thanks Santa!

Im not 100% sure on the 2005/06 line but you may be able to judge on the cost of the sports package on the invoice. In the past the sports package was applied to the Gravity Games edition SSV. The basic package was what in 04 they called the Launch SS which actually was the SunSport Hull with the Rad a cage and berthat ballast system. Well when you added the sport package you basicly got the audio upgrade with tower speakers and lights, the generation III (new in 05 I think) ballast system. The exterior graphic package for gravity games. Im not sure about board racks for the tower, those are usually offered as boat show freebies. You also get the motor upgrade from the standard 5.7L Throttle body EFI to the 5.7L MultiPort EFI which gives you about +20Hp. Im not sure on the basic package on any of the 24SSV's the 320hp may not be the basic option. Look at cost for the sport package to see if this is included. I believe the motor upgrade is about $1200.00. Im a little suprised at the efforts going into the Sunsport hull to make it a crossover boat. I have a 04 Sunsport and its a fantastic ski and moderate wake boat. I still think that the Launch hull is a better wake board option.
