Hey guys, I will be picking up my new 05 SSV 22 next week, hopefully. I have a extra 4 blade prop from my old Moomba that is 1 inch. Do you guys know if the SSV has the same size shaft.

If not I am going to give the prop to the person buying my Moomba.

Thanks,

Db

I know my 04 has the 1" but not sure if the 05 carried through.

Would you be interested in selling the prop?? If you were going to give it away anyway... Im assuming its a NiBrAl 13"x13" LH with 1" bore obviously.

IndyMatt, It's got a slight bend in it.

I bought it off the Moomba website from a previous owner and It came in that way.

I was just going to keep it as a back up just in case I hit something with the one that comes on the new ssv.

Hate waiting to pick this thing up. Waiting for darn tower speakers.

Thanks for your input.

The 22SSV has a 1 1/8" shaft. IndyMatt, your 04 should have a 1 1/8" as well, assuming you have an SSV.

Well thanks for the info & honesty; I guess you could have dumped it off on someone who was unsuspecting. Sounds like a good back up; Not sure what shops charge to remachine damaged props... it may be worth it if it fits the new ride. If you think it can be machined and just want to dump it off... lemme know what you may want.

Jon, I have the direct drive 04 SunSport... last year Skiers Choice offered this hull in the direct drive. I am looking for a good back up prop as well. Im just about positive that my factory spinner is a 13"x13" with a 1" shaft. I prefer NiBrAl so i dont transfer impact force to other components in the event I hit somthing.

IndyMatt yeah, yours is 1" then. I was just assuming you had a SSV as well.

MyTurn:

Was your Moomba a V-drive? If you had a dirrect drive the prop would be the wrong size and pitch for the SSV. The v-drives have a 1.5:1 gear reduction which uses a bigger prop with more pitch.
