Cap off Question

Will the Cap ride on a trailer for about 7 miles or will it be too flimsy?

I want to pull my cap this weekend but have to go about 7 miles away to do it...


Any thoughts?

It's pretty flimsy by itself - especially the very rear. I'd at least throw on some minimal bracing even for a short trip. Don't have any pics, but I used scrap 1x4 with some minimal triangulation & really stiffened it up. There were plenty of existing holes in the fiberglass & just screwed from the backside with washers. It doesn't have to be fancy - just enough not to stress crack the gel or fiberglass.

Shouldn't be a problem.

Did the same with the cap off my Sunsport when I pulled it.

Built a jig for it to support it once it arrived at the shop, but didn't have any issues for that initial travel aprox 15km
