looking for a Legacy

I am looking for a 98 – 01 Legacy in good condition. Or other OPEN bow slalom/family boat.

I mostly slalom but need the room of an open bow for when I take the family out. Don’t do any wakeboarding. I don’t need the best slalom wake, just a good direct drive. I read some great reviews about the Legacy on this site (most room of any direct drive, very good slalom wake, same hull as the Comp with 1’ added to the bow above the water line).

I have been searching craigslist, onlyinboards.com and around the web. BTW I’m on the east coast so, don’t think I’ll drive to CA to pick up a boat.

Thanks, but that one is just a little above my price range. The boats set up for wakeboarding cost a lot more than a slalom boat. I’m looking for one without the extras;
No tower
No Ballast system
No high end stereo

99 Legacy for $12,500 here in the area. It's about an hour away from me, but I can be bribed to go check it out for you. Crown Royal is my currency. :D

I sent this guy an email about this 99 yesterday and he has not gotten back to me yet. I tried to call him today and his voicemail is full.

I really do appreciate the offer to look at it for me. A bottle or two of crown would be well worth it to me. I’ll let you know if he still has it and I want move forward on it.

If I could find the perfect boat it would be; fuel injected, garage kept, single owner.

Of course open bow is a must.
