I recently ordered a new boat(launch 21v) in came in but the hull was the wrong color. when the mistake was brought to the dealers attention, they made sure they did everything they could to make me happy. On top of that Rick Tinker was already aware of the situation even before the dealer conacted him to get his backing on the deal, just in case something happens at the marina.
