Rubber Exhaust Tube

I have a 4inch rubber exhaust tubes that are roughly 18inches long, Indmar has them for around $20 bucks a foot plus shipping. The price isn't the killer here, but isn't this something I should be able to pick up at the local auto part store? Is there anything special about this 4inch rubber pipe that has to be marine? Thanks

I bought four feet for 40 bucks from my local boat store here in NC but I will tell you it has to be exhauste tube marine grade you can also look up southern rubber company and see if they will sell it to you

I've never found it anywhere but marine supply catalogs. I doubt it has any automotive applications since it's only rated for about 250F.
