I have a 1990 Conbrio Classic. The ignition breaker will trip if the blower is on and the motor is at idle speed. This is frustrating since I would like to have the blower on when I am just sitting at idle speed.

Has anyone ever had this experience before?

The mechanic on the lake said that the ignition breaker was the same size as all of the other breakers such as blower and radio. 6 to 8 amp I think he said. Anyway, he increased the size of the ignition breaker. What amp should an Ignition breaker be for this boat.

It's odd that it only breaks at idle. Most wheeled viechels have a 30 amp ingition breaker. I would connect an amp meter to the boat and see what kind of amps the boat draws with everything on and go 5 more amps that what reads on the meter.

Are you sure your blower isn't faulty and drawing a lot of amps?
