Prime Rib -- YUMM (I let it get just a touch too hot - about 10 degrees, still learning)

Probably won't be using it tonight - not that snow scares me, or is a problem ...

Very nice. A ceramic cooker is one of the things on my wish list.

Welcome to the Primo club man. There are so many great ways to cook on this thing. TRY EVERYTHING. We love doing our vegetables along with our meats on there at the same time. It's amazing how the flavors work to enhance each other.

Try to avoid the cheapo lump charcoal you can get at Lowes. Primo charcoal is hard for me to find most of the time, and occasionally in a rush I'd get some from Lowe's. That crap burns up real fast. It's hard to get a good long cooking session out of it.

Oh, and after about a year or so, when the felt "air barrier" or whatever it is that is sandwiched between the top and bottom goes out. Don't worry, just yank it off, it doesn't affect the cooking.
