Maybe $1000 at most. It needs stringers, floors, interior and a rebuilt engine

tower looks really low too.

if you want an enormous project, you've found it.

I'd say $1000-$1500 if the engine and trans are good and the trailer is safe/tires hold air. $4200 is a dreamer, that should get you a presentable boat that can be used as is, but maybe has some stringer or floor issues needing restoration within a couple seasons.

That boat is on life support, with zero brain activity. One more thing and you can pull the plug on it.

To get this boat up to spec is going to take over $7-8,000 dollars. I'd venture closer to $9K.

It's going to take over a year to get that boat up to running and safe condition. And a shit-ton of headache.

Man, you guys are harsh! I noticed the carport in the background, but trailer not hooked up to a truck... Wonder if he actually had it under the carport or if he couldn't bother the extra 25' back? ;) On the other hand, if he gets $4200 for that, think of what our boats are worth! :D

This boat has been on craigslist for about 2 months. the previous add had it in a barn with no cover. I think that is what the hose is for, washing all the crap out of it, and yes by crap i meant fecal matter. It would be worth the risk for $500 and a lot of man hrs.

He said that the motor is full of antifreeze. That must be where the $4200 comes from...
