View Full Version : 2005 Launch 21V GAS SHUT OFF?

Is there a gas shut off valve anywhere? I had my boat at a consignment place and right before winter I went to pick it up. I put it in the water last weekend and the boat started but only lasted a couple of minutes a most before it wouldn't start again. Any suggestions?

Does the gauge indicate u have fuel? I have heard if fuel being siphoned out of boats on lots. Just a thought

Yes, I put $50 of gas in it on the way to the lake.

Can you hear the pump cycle on when you turn the key? Check fuses.

Does it have a kill switch lanyard? Is the throttle in neutral? (wiggle the control a little to make sure neutral safety switch is set).

good point. You need to post more info. When you say it wouldn't start does that mean it would turn over but not start or was everything dead? If everything was dead then I'd bypass the N switch and see if that does anything. I assumed since he as asking about a fuel shut off that it would turn over but not fire.
