I am looking for a new starting battery, what is the minimum CCA I should need for a 351 PCM? Thanks

Why would you want the minimum ? I wouldn't go anything less than 650 cca . More is better.

I guess I should have worded better.....I should have said, what is the minimum it needs so I can make sure I am getting above and better. I found one with 800 CCA, so this shoudl work perfect. Thanks

Since you have a 351 ford, Id say your boat is about 10 years give or take. As things get older, resistance goes up and current flow goes down. So stepping up the CCA's with a replacement battery is better then going down. I would go with a quality group-24 marine starting battery with at least 800 CCA
