dont know if you have bought a cam yet, but check out marine cams.

any one of these are prolly good for you to use. not needing to make a ton of power.

Call comp or crane and they'll tell you exactly what you need based on your usage and performance. Anyone else is just guessing.

What heads? What rocker setup? What performance improvements are you doing other than a cam?

If it's basically a stock rebuild I'm go with this cam: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/cca-cl35-235-3/overview/make/ford

If you've ported heads and mad other improvements then you may want a bit more cam but you have to careful about duration if you're keeping stock exhaust... Factory risers mix the water pretty close so you can have reversion issues.
