Vision help

Happy Memorial Day Gentlemen,

A buddy of mine recently picked up a 2010 launch 22v. We've noticed that the radio info display (i.e. radio station, song, as well as when an Ipod is hooked up) just displays jiberish (ABCDEFGH 123456).

anyone have any insights into that?

Also the reception for radio stinks, and it has a lot of whine (kind of like me at this point).

It's a beautiful boat with a beautful wake, but there are some little tinkerings we need to figure out.

I think the vision has a plug that goes to the stereo just like the stereo remotes. If it is unplugged somewhere between the stereo and the dash or if there is a problem with the cable or plug it may cause a problem like you described.
