Anybody here have a Santera with the walk through transom? Nice looking boat, the ones I've seen in photos online. Classic Supra lines. I'd like to hear what folks have to say about them...?

My friend has a 03. The walk through is nice but it takes up storage space. His has the bar thing behind the drivers seat. I think its a waste of floor space.

Great boats. I've considered them before. If I found a good one, I'd buy one.

Thanks, Haugy. Though it's hard to beat an old Salt. My '87 gets lots of compliments.

Poor design! The older Santera with seating and storage locker on that side is much nicer.

I love those boats but they are hard to find. I found one for sale in Georgia for 24k I believe.

I've seen them for 19k before. 24k is not what I'd call cheap, I'd call that average.

I bought mine recently out of Georgia.
I love it. I'd been looking for one without a tower and new enough to have the walk through. I agree that the sink thing is a little odd but the storage underneath is great! The rest of the boat has plenty of storage.
The walk through is outstanding. I don't see myself getting rid of it for a very long time.
Let me know if you have any specific questions that I can help with.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. There was one posted here via Seattle Craigslist a while back. I attempted to contact the seller. Presumed it was a scam based on no response, the lack of contact information in the ad, and the way it was formatted.

I just decided to sell it so I haven't done a photo shoot yet. The two above are from last summer. Here are a couple from last weekend with new interior and powder coated windshield frame and tinted glass.

Lots of upgrades in the last two years, new carpet, three reversible ballast pumps with 1100's in the lockers and a bow sack, new dual battery setup behind spotters seat, new stereo (JL Audio and Wetsounds), new heater with three pull out vents, and some other stuff. Looking for $23K, PM me for more info.
