Rear bench rebuild

So I rebuilt my rear bench last year, but I did not take careful enough pictures. I am trying to figure out how the lip on the edge of the seat is mounted. I took some pitures of my bare bench. Any ideas?

not following the question...the lip of the seat cushion? or how the seat base attaches to the pedestal frame?

I am talking about the very edge of the seat. I belive there was some type of rail that goes there. I was taking to jetlink and I think he used to have one too.
