1995 GT40 thermostat?

I have a 1995 PCM ford GT40 efi and i cant find a recommended thermostat, i see a 145' 160 and 180???? Any help is appreciated.

I believe the thermostat of choice in the 351 was the 160.
That is what I have always run in the supras I have owned.
