89' Supra Comp temporary stringer repair?

I'm looking to temporarily repair my stringers so I can ski on the boat this summer. The previous owner installed aluminum angle pieces under each mount which took the engine out of alignment 1/4 inch. Is there a way to align the engine while leaving the angle or possibly another quick fix?

Pictures would be good, but your engine mounts should have a lot of travel in them to go up down/left right.
