89 ts6m with noise in tranmission, fluid milky, anyone run into this problem and any comments on the fix?

Might be a leaky trans cooler. Drain fluid, check the trans cooler for cracks or just replace the trans cooler.

Yep -- suck out the fluid, replace and see what happens. It may have come in through the dipstick if you've had a lot of water in your boat or it may indicate a leaking cooler. I'd flush the fluid a few times and see how quickly it gets milky again.

Hopefully fresh fluid quiets it down.

You can also do a air pressure test on the cooler. Worked well for me
