Ballast "Error" - 2012 Supra 22v

Today I attempted to fill my center ballast and an exclamation point appeared on my screen and the ballast would not fill. Any ideas what this means and how to fix it? Pics of the screen attached...

I've not seen this fault screen before, but it looks like something to do with fuses/wiring to your battery. Make sure your pump fuses haven't tripped or need checking. There should be a wiring diagram in your manual if you are not sure where to find them. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip. I check the ballast fuse and it appeared to be in good shape. My dealer's maintenance dept had no idea but they are going to reach out to the factory on Monday.

I know this is 7 years old but do you have any idea what this turned out to be? I have the same issue.
