A motorcycle forum I am on has a DAMHIKT thread.... So i thought it would be fun to share you DAMHIKT moment....

Ill start....

The Stern recessed bolt on the riser does not require you to grind the sides off an open ended wrench to loosen or tighten.... that is why they make box wrenches..... DAMHIKT

You can't take the little dead-ended hose off the top of a 1.23:1 transmission, it does serve a purpose. The transmission makes funny noises in neutral if you take it off. Had to go dumpster diving to get my old one back.

The transmission mounts to the stringers swivel. So when you spend an hour trying to get them to loosen and move open so you can get the tranny out, just swivel them towards the stern of the boat, done.

The inside of old stringers make great pathways for tree roots to follow, helping the wood turn to mulch.
Consequently teaching you how to replace stringers and flooring.

Stringer rot finally rearing its ugly head...the lag bolts just spin and spin and spin, like a bad record.
