Water in engine compartment, engine off

I recently bought a 2003 22ssv and just got it out on the water for the first time yesterday. Everything ran great until i noticed some water in the engine compartment. It never got to an uncomfortable level as i had the bildge running most of the time. I also noticed that it only is leaking water when the engine is ON. I could turn the engine off ant sit there all day without any water coming in. So All i can think of would be a broken hose or something that is pumping in water. Thanks for the help!

check your freeze plugs and also make sure all the drain plugs from the winterization process are put back in.

check your hoses also. while your at it check your oil. would hate for you to do some work and have a cracked block or manifold(s).
