blower hose size for 86 Salt

I am trying to replace my blower hose and I bought 3", but it doesn seem to fit the vents that are in the Gunwale or the connectors that go into the floor.

Is it 4" that I need?

My 89 originally had 3" all around.

My labrisa uses 3". Pretty sure they are all 3"

3" is the industry standard besides the newer boats. most of them are using 4". most of the time it takes some working at it to get it to fit just right.

it seems like my 3" hose is too small for the fittings... I will try again tonight.

Yeah I thought the same it tight. Get te bottom on and work it around it'll eventually fit.
