shaft packing?

so i replaced my shaft packing on my 24 ssv and guess what i found. 9/16 wrench and socket with ratchet. a caulking gun with marine grade silicon in it and a few random stainless wood screws looks like some one left their stuff on my boat. just a little bummed out that my brand new boat that only i have owned has a bunch of crap left in it not to mention all the tools and caulking gun was rusted. funny i never could find where the rust was coming from on my boat.

Thats interesting! I put my boat in salt water one time and the rear grab handle is rusting from the inside out. Its staining the white transom. That makes me frown.
