Left rear ballast not filling.

When I hit the switches to fill ballast I can hear notice when I hit from or right but no notice at rear. I'm not familiar with how the stock system on an 06 launch 21v works. Look like manifold so idles that mean there is only one pump or three separated? Where do I start?

Under our dash on port side, there are a set of fuses. My issue last week was the same but for draining. Try swapping one that works with the one that won't.

It was a fuse, it fills now but at the lake today the front sac and one of the rears won't empty, I checked the fuses for those and they are fine. I listed for the red pump and its not cutting on, I didn't hear the front one but sent know where it is either, what next?
