Boat cover - replacement ratchet to cinch cover?

Anyone know where I can buy a replacement ratchet with snaps for my boat cover? Got a 2011 Launch 21V with progressive tower. The ratchet at the back of the boat that cinches the cover tight is bent and doesn't ratchet very well. Looks like I need a 24' long ratchet system to reach around from one tower strap connection to the other.
