Great start to the trip. Lake looks clean and quiet. Enjoy, winter is coming fast and hard this year.

Jocassee is an awesome lake. I highly suggest it to everybody to make a trip there. Lake Burton in GA is also a good one.

Wish I could join you Titan. It's been to too long since i've been there.

Lake looks to be very high compared to when I was there last about 4 years ago. Jocassee is one of my favorite lakes. Ive hiked around it and boated on it and its awesome from all angles. Thanks for the pics.

Yeah, for the first time in several years it's back up to full pond. We've had so much rain this year, but this is one of the positive side affects. The waterfalls are really pumping out the water too.

That sure looks different than last year.

Yeah Bill, thanks for that reminder. I'm getting so used to seeing it full that I forgot how it looked just last year. The water is up almost 25 feet, so it makes a huge difference. Of course the lake is so deep that it's not an issue in the middle, but certainly makes a difference when launching the boat or using the docks.

Yea that launch was some kinda tricky. I have never been on such a long ramp and they shut it down after we left last year to extend it another 20 feet.

Wow that looks amazing! The ability to be outdoors, connect strongly with family, and build bonds that last a lifetime is really what this board and having these boats is all about.

Rock On TitanTn and family!

Awesome pics...I appreciate you posting during the week while the rest of us are hard at work. (Or reading the forum)
Did you get a GoPro? First pic from yesterday looks like it could be.

Great pics and looks like a great trip. I love the overhead shot of the lake and the boat...that could go in a magazine.

I was also doing a little footing last weekend . Its been a wile but I tried anyway.

Getting started

Now I got it
http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn127/suprahunter/I9016_zpsc2d06511.jpg (http://s303.photobucket.com/user/suprahunter/media/I9016_zpsc2d06511.jpg.html)

Things were going so good I was thinking I should quit now before!!!!

Shortly after the last pic I caught a toe and face planted at 42 mph. I think I did a scorpion and then tucked my head under my shoulder blade. I came up and saw stars. I cant wait to heal so I can do it again.

Absolutely. That's exactly right.

You and me both. Unfortunately as Daniel comments below, it isn't me.

Yep, it's Bo. I'm not much of barefooter, or anything really. Although I did get up on a wakeboard for the first time in 15 years.

I did many years ago and I think my back still hurts (similar to what Michael Hunter did in his story).

Thanks! This place is so beautiful that I can't stop taking pics. We're going to see if we can get a few blown up and mounted for the house.

Okay, you will now know that this is truly my Supra family. No one would show this video otherwise. Again, this is my first time on a board in 15 years, and I sucked then too.

Still amazed at the water level. We got a family photo at that water fall last year.

Yep. Almost the same angle as my shot. The water level makes a huge difference in getting to the falls. Of course the navigable part of the lake is always plenty deep enough.

Old dudes + old boats + family + friends = a priceless combination. Looks like great times - definitely what it's all about! Thanks for sharing...
