I hate to but I am selling the Salty. 1990 with 484 hours. Runs great. We have had it on the water this summer.
New interior including vinyl, wood, stainless screws and staples. 95% complete
Clarion head unit, Polk audio component, JL audio 10 Sub, 2 Amps
Hydroturf Flooring
Brand new trailer tires with about 30 miles on them
Boat still needs some work to be perfect but is in much better shape than most that hasn't been completely redone.

BAD
Floor is solid except for one soft spot. (Let's assume it will need stringers within the next few years).
Have LED lights to replace factory lights but they aren't installed yet but will be included
Trailer needs $200-400 worth of work. I have new paint for it that will be included
Also have self retracting ratchet straps for the trailer that I will include

I'm probably leaving a lot of info out. I will add more as I think of it
Wanting $8,000 but will take $7,400 for forum members. Post ?? here or Call or text 423-650-6105 (Blake)
Trying to get pics to upload from IPad.

You're getting more in the park now. I'll be honest, your interior is going to be your crutch. While it's all new, and looks to be put together well, it's still all gray and black. It doesn't match the boat at all.

When I look at this boat, the first thing that draws my "WTF" meter is the floor. No way I'd ever buy a boat with a Hydroturf floor. Not even an offshore fishing boat. You have to hose it to clean it, and that's not a good thing in an all wood boat. Plus the feeling on bare feet would get old real quick.

The wood on the boat is another deal breaker for me. I'm sure lots of time was spent painting the wood and prepping it for the paint, but when I see someone do that I think they just took the fast and easy route and rattle canned it. I think the black wood looks awful.

The boat itself looks good, and I'm sure you've got it running well. I know the floor issue will be a hurdle, but I really think your interior is what's keeping you from selling it at a good price. Just my opinions, and I'm sure most everyone knows those don't mean jack squat.

Good luck with the sale man.

i love the blue but with factory stringers 8k is going to be a far fetch. You can get all composite boats including a salatare in arkansas for 8k. I know you put alot of work into it and hopefully someone will buy it and take care of it. Why did you do the hydroturf floor though?

I love the hydroturf. Seemed better than carpet. The person before me painted the wood. I'm not a huge but it is what it is. Anyone want to make an offer? Worst I can do is say no

where is the soft spot in the floor and have you tried to tighten the engine bolts/tranny? are they loose or are they tight?

Soft spot is around the drivers seat mount. Engine bolts are tight and do not free spin
