The subject sounds worse then it is. sometimes I will turn the key and can hear the Oil Buzzer sound and then turn it more to start the boat and nothing will happen. If I wiggle the wires on the back of the ignition it will then start. Is this anything other then I need to rewire it, or can the ignition stop working? It is for sure at the Key because moving the wires behind it makes it work.
Thanks

It could be as simple as a loose connection on the back of the switch or it could be that the terminal itself is coming loose from its mounting spot inside the switch. A visual inspection should reveal.

if you replace the switch take a picture of the old one with all of the wires hooked to it first

I'd give the inside of the switch a good spray with electrical contact cleaner and then move it back and forth a few times. My guess is that the contacts inside of it are corroded.
