Need a transmission

Hello all!

Been a lurker for a while, now I need some help.

'86 Saltare with a 454, found out the hard way my transmission cooler has been leaking. Pulled the tranny because I lost neutral, sent it to Fantastic Finishes for a rebuild - He got it apart and its too bad to overhaul, told me it will be cheaper to start fresh with new or if I can find one used.

Its a 72C 10-18-002

I've found a 003 and 004 anyone know if they would work?

I really don't know. Probably easiest to call velvet drive, changing to a003 or 004 may mean you'll need a new shaft with updated couplings on it, or the 003-004 might be oposite rotation tgan you need. However I did find this. Even though it hurts to show you some of the prices!
