2003 Launch rear cleats are loose

I just got back from a long trip to Missouri and found both of my rear cleats are loose. I went to tighten them and was able to remove the rear seat bottom and back but, there is not enough room to get my hand and wrench in to work. Does anyone know how to remove the side cushions to get to the cleats easier? The back seat has clips is it the same for the side or are there nuts and bolts I have to remove? This is a direct drive Launch by the way; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if that will help. The best way I think is from the ski locker. This is due to the fuel tank running behind the seat. Will look later today when I get back to the shop.

I was able to get them tightened. 1" socket, flexible extension and a little elbow grease. Oh try to wear gloves as the fiberglass shards itch like hell :)
